SRCF made a MOU with National Institute of Nutrition (Indian council of Medical Research), Hyderabad to transfer the complete technology and know-how for Double Fortification of Salt with iron and iodine. The company also planned to launched Io-Max Double Fortified Salt as a salt with iron and iodine for simultaneous prevention of iron deficiency anemia and iodine deficiency disorders.
