Mr. Babubhai Humbal
Chairman & FounderMr. Babubhai Humbal, Founder & Chairman of the Shreeram Group of Companies, is mainly engaged in Raw salt manufacturing since 1975. With passage of time & awareness amongst masses for quality products, the idea of Shreeram Chemfood Pvt. Ltd. cropped up in 2008.
Coming from humble background to building a Salt empire, Mr. Babubhai is very hard working & focused on all aspects of business irrespective of his position today and his primary idea is to fulfill the customers requirements in any case adhering to the commitments. With his zeal & enthusiasm, he is commanding a leadership place when raw salt production is considered in India and now in Refined Salt market also, Shreeram Chemfood has climbed many ladders to achieve the success it deserves. Right from the beginning, he has guided the entire team to focus on Quality which is the only way to have dedicated Customers & continuous business. An unwavering focus on always listening to our consumers has been the secret sauce to our consistent and unmatched performance.
He is also socially active and leads from the front. Many philanthropic work and activities in the field of Healthcare, Medical and Education are carried out in the area with active support from Mr. Babubhai. He is very concerned for the upliftment of the deprived, poor and make sure appropriate employment opportunity is provided so that he becomes self-reliant. He understands the importance of education & motivates rural people to send their children to school for their bright future.

Co-ChairmanMr. Rajendra B Agrawal, fondly called Rajubhai in Salt Industry is a veteran and has vast experience of Sales & marketing of Salt. With 4 decades of Sales experience, he is well versed with the buyers pan India and understands their choices & priorities well. His hard work has played an important role in achieving productivity and sales targets achieved each year. Since 2015, our Unit is running at full production capacity in terms of production irrespective of the market scenario.
Mr. Shrikant H. Rathi
Managing DirectorMr. Shrikant H. Rathi is a commerce graduate and looks after the Production activity & ensuring targets are met. Has a vast experience of 30 years in field of Salt production and understands the technicality involved in manufacturing high quality Refined Salt. His understanding & ensuring high quality of product only irrespective of the market competition has resulted in achieving quality conscious, end prominent business with reputed clients with huge volumes. This has resulted in achieving increased production targets each year and almost NIL production loss owing to plant maintenance.
Mr. Alok Jain
DirectorMr. Alok Jain is young amongst the management with unparallel zeal and enthusiasm and working to achieve top place amongst Refined Salt Manufacturers in India. He looks after the procurement of Raw materials, packing materials and actively involved in commercial aspects of the company. His IT background works as a boon for the company. His dedication for work and helpful nature to educate & aware company people to implement automation in work is working wonders for the company. He also ensures that the company complies with all the rules, rules & regulations of the land.
Mr. Hiren Humbal
DirectorMr. Hiren Humbal is actively involved in the family business of Raw Salt. He ensures top quality & adequate quantity of raw salt is supplied to the Unit. He makes sure that Pure salt is produced of highest grade & quality at the Unit.
Mr. Durgesh Humbal
DirectorAlike his father, he is actively involved in the family business of Raw Salt. Looks after salt fields located at multiple locations and ensures production targets are met and top quality of raw salt is produced with timely dispatches.
